Manage domains across your workspace
The workspace Domains page shows domain connections for your websites in one place. Each custom domain connects to an individual website; it does not automatically serve every website in the workspace.
Open the domain overview
Select your workspace in the dashboard.
Open Domains.
Find the domain and check its website and status.
Select Manage domain to open that website's domain settings.
An empty list means there are no saved custom-domain connections to show. Your websites can still exist and use their Pineapple subdomains.
Add a domain to a website
Select Add Domain, then choose the website you want to connect. Pineapple opens that website's domain settings.
If there are no websites to choose from, create a website first. The website must exist before it can receive a domain connection.
You need owner access and a workspace plan that includes custom domains to complete setup. If Pineapple asks you to upgrade, check the selected workspace and its subscriptions.
Follow Connect a custom domain for the full DNS setup. The domain itself is purchased and renewed through a separate domain registrar.
What do the statuses mean?
Connected: the connection checks have succeeded.
Setup pending: open the website's domain settings and finish the remaining setup steps.
Needs attention: open domain settings to inspect the current error and required DNS records.
The domain overview is a starting point. Use the website's domain settings for detailed checks and the latest required record values.

If you do not own a custom domain, claim a Pineapple subdomain for the website instead.
