What Pineapple does
Pineapple Builder helps service businesses create a professional website with AI, edit it themselves and keep it online. The aim is a clear, useful site that explains the business and gives visitors a working way to get in touch.

Who it helps and why
Our starting customer is an established consultant, coach or service-business owner. They may be replacing an old website or building their first serious one. They want to change services, text and images without asking a developer for every edit.
Pineapple brings website creation, editing and hosting into one product. That is the practical reason to consider it. We do not promise that a new website will generate a particular number of leads or sales. See who we build for for fit and limits.
What customers can do
Start from the AI creation flow or a template, review the content, and edit the pages. Connect a contact form or a working booking destination, preview the result, then publish when ready. Eligible plans support a custom domain. Buying and renewing the domain name are separate from connecting it.
The product also offers website and marketing features whose availability depends on the plan. Use the product documentation for the task you want to complete and pricing for the current plan comparison. Check the controls and entitlements in your workspace before relying on a feature.
Pineapple is best suited to a service-business website. A custom web application, complex shop or specialist content system needs a separate fit assessment.
From a first draft to a useful website
Describe the business. Prepare your services, audience, real contact details and the action you want visitors to take.
Create and edit. Review the generated or template content. Replace examples with facts you can stand behind.
Check the visitor's next step. Test contact links, forms and booking destinations. Check the phone layout as well as desktop.
Save, preview and publish. Saving a draft does not publish it. Follow the setup shown in your account, then check the public address after publishing.
Keep it useful. Update changing information and use visitor questions and measured behaviour to choose the next improvement.
The quick-start guide gives the product steps. This handbook explains our business choices.
How Pineapple makes money
We sell recurring website subscriptions. The current pricing page lists Free, Starter and Grow, with different features and allowances. Eligible customers can also buy extra AI credits and additional live-site capacity. Read the current offer rather than treating this overview as a price list.
Use Workspace settings → Billing to inspect your own subscription. Review the billing period, tax and total in checkout before buying. A new subscription does not automatically replace an existing one.
Our scorecard reports dated business results. Subscription revenue, cash received and profit measure different things.
Getting help
Follow Contact support and share feedback. You can prepare a support request in Pineapple's AI chat or open your support conversations. Review the details and send the request, then use the saved conversation for replies. A prepared request has not been sent.
Product AI and company AI
The AI features customers use inside Pineapple help with their websites. Peter Assistant is our private system for company research, reports and preparing work. This handbook describes that company work. It does not promise customers an autonomous business operator.
Peter owns company decisions and any expansion of AI's authority. For a short context guide you can give an assistant, start with Pineapple context for AI.
