Delete a workspace
Deleting a workspace permanently removes its websites and associated content. Only a workspace owner can delete it. If you only want to stop a recurring payment, cancel the subscription instead.
Before you delete
Check the workspace name and the websites inside it. Save anything you need to keep outside the workspace, including page content and assets. Let your collaborators know that they will lose access to the deleted workspace.
Review Workspace settings → Billing. Every subscription needs attention independently; cancelling one does not cancel the others.
A subscription scheduled to cancel can remain active until its end date. Scheduling cancellation does not mean the workspace can immediately be deleted.
Delete the workspace
Select the workspace you want to remove.
Open Workspace settings → General.
Find the Delete workspace section and select Delete.
Read the permanent-deletion warning and confirm only when you are ready.
Deleting a single website is a different action. See Manage websites if you want to keep the workspace and its other websites.
Why is deletion blocked?
Pineapple prevents deletion while subscription records or a pending checkout still need to be settled. This also protects against deleting the workspace while a payment is being processed.
Open Billing and check all subscription states. A paused, past-due or cancellation-scheduled record may still need to be resolved. If a payment or cancellation has completed but deletion remains blocked, contact support with the workspace name and the message shown.
Do not repeat a checkout to clear a deletion warning; a new purchase can create another subscription.
Domain registration is separate
Removing your workspace does not cancel a domain registration bought from a registrar. Manage domain renewals with the company where you purchased the domain.
