Create a booking page and manage appointments

Use a booking page when a visitor needs to choose a meeting time. Pineapple includes native booking pages and appointment management with paid plans.

Before you start

Choose the website that should receive bookings. Prepare the meeting name, duration, location or video-call details, working hours and timezone. Decide how much notice you need and how far ahead customers can book.

A booking product and its schedule have separate states. Both must be live before you share the public booking page.

1. Create the booking product

Open your website dashboard and choose Bookings. Select Add booking page or Add booking product if this is your first one. Fill in the product details and save the booking product before configuring its available times.

Use a clear name, such as “30-minute introductory consultation”. Explain what the customer should expect and any preparation needed. Check the product status before making the schedule live.

2. Set meeting details and availability

Open Manage booking for the product. Set the booking name, duration, meeting type and location details. Choose the correct timezone and enable the days when you accept meetings. Set the start and end time for each available day.

Use Minimum notice to prevent last-minute bookings. Use Booking window to limit how far ahead visitors can choose a date. Buffers before and after meetings leave time for preparation or follow-up. Add dates when you are unavailable under Block dates.

For example, a consultant might offer weekday afternoons, require a day's notice and leave time after each meeting to write notes. Configure the values that match your real availability.

3. Save and make the page available

Save the schedule as a draft while preparing it. When the product is live and the details are ready, enable Accept bookings and choose Save and publish.

Use Copy link once the booking page is available. A preview link helps you review the page; it is not the public link to send to customers. Open the copied public address and confirm the meeting information and available dates.

4. Add the link to your website

Set a relevant button's destination to the booking URL. Label it clearly, such as “Book an introductory call”. Save and publish the website page, then follow the button from the public website.

Manage appointments and common problems

Use the Appointments view to review bookings and the available appointment actions. Check the appointment record rather than treating a button click as a confirmed booking.

If no times appear, check the schedule timezone, enabled days, blocked dates, minimum notice, booking window and existing appointments. If sharing is unavailable, check that both the product and schedule are live and that your website has paid access. Existing appointment management remains available after a plan change, even when new bookings are unavailable.
