For AI completion, include every accepted task attempt in the declared window and show canceled or blocked work separately. Report autonomous completions and assisted completions separately. Do not remove failed attempts to improve the rate.

Example for your first three runs

Measure: drafts accepted after owner review divided by all attempted tasks in the declared period. Record correction count, owner minutes and known AI charge separately. Leave unmeasured values unknown. Three runs are a usability check, not a reliable population success rate.

Use the weekly review to record the results.
