Weekly review template
Keep the first section short enough for the owner to make one decision. Link to detailed evidence.
Conceptual illustration. It does not show the Pineapple interface or a measured result.
Period and owner: Goal and current result: Evidence status: Main bottleneck: Decision needed, if any: Work attempted: Work verified complete: Failed, canceled, blocked, and inconclusive work: Customer outcome observed: What we cannot conclude: Human approvals, corrections, and time: AI/tool cost and coverage, or unknown: One learning that changes the next run: Next action, owner, and review date: Biggest risk: One adjustment: Public summary candidate: Privacy review: Publication state: private / draft / reviewed / approved / published / verified live
“No meaningful change” is an acceptable result. A recurring job should not invent work to justify its schedule.
A useful first review
If one draft was prepared and checked, report one assisted draft. Keep publication, reader understanding and business impact as separate outcomes. Record any missing time or cost data, then choose the next check that would resolve the biggest uncertainty.
