Use AI to create a starting website from your business details. Treat the result as a draft to review: you decide which content, claims and images are suitable for your business.
Prepare a useful brief
Tell Pineapple what you offer, who it is for and what visitors should do next. Include your business name, location if relevant, tone and the services that matter most.
A useful example is: “Create a website for a career coach working with first-time managers. Explain one-to-one coaching, leadership workshops and a free introductory call. Use a calm, clear tone. Do not invent prices, qualifications or testimonials.”
Specific information gives the draft a clearer direction than “make a professional website.” Avoid including private client information in your brief.
Start in the correct workspace
Sign in and select the workspace that should own the website.
Open Websites, then choose New website.
Follow the available template or AI creation flow.
Review the business details and design choices shown before starting generation.
Let the current generation finish and review any progress or error message before retrying.
The options shown in your account are the source of truth. Older tutorials may refer to model names or a free token offer that are no longer part of the current flow. Check AI credits and usage for current workspace usage.
Review the first draft
Read the whole homepage before sharing it. Check:
The service and target audience match your business.
Names, locations, prices and contact details are correct.
Testimonials, qualifications and results are real, not invented examples.
Buttons point to destinations you intend visitors to use.
Images fit your business and do not misrepresent your team or customers.
The page is readable on a phone.
Keep the sections that help explain your offer. Remove repeated or irrelevant sections. You do not need a long website to explain one clear service.
Refine one thing at a time
Open the website editor to change text, images, sections and links. For AI edits, name the part of the page and the result you want, such as “Shorten the introduction to two sentences and keep the booking button.” Review the change before making another request.
Set a consistent colour and typography style, then save your draft. Creating or saving the website does not prove the public version is ready: complete the launch checklist.
If generation does not finish
Read the error shown in the flow. Check whether the website already exists in the selected workspace before starting again, so you do not accidentally create duplicates. If credits or a plan requirement are mentioned, check Billing and Usage in that workspace.
For a repeated failure, contact support with the time, website name, visible error and a short description of the step that failed. Do not include passwords or payment information.
