Draft a useful blog article with AI
Use AI to organise and refine your knowledge into a blog article. The strongest starting point is a real question and notes that contain the answer.
Define the reader and question
Choose one specific topic, such as “How should a new manager prepare for a first coaching session?” Explain who the reader is, what they already know and what the article should help them do.
Provide the facts, process or examples that come from your business. Ask the assistant to identify missing information rather than inventing it.
Ask for an outline first
A useful prompt is: “Create an outline answering this question from my notes. Include preparation, what happens during the session and how to decide the next step. Do not invent prices, qualifications or customer stories.”
Review the proposed structure. Remove sections that do not help answer the question and add any important limitation or exception.
Draft one section at a time
Use the writing-focused Blog editor or AI Assistant to work on the article. Ask for a direct introduction, descriptive headings and concrete examples based on your notes.
Read each section before expanding the next. Watch for repeated explanations and confident claims without evidence. A longer draft is not automatically a better answer.
Add relevant visuals and links
Use an image or screenshot when it explains a step, example or result. Add descriptive alternative text and check the crop. Do not use generated images as evidence that an event or customer outcome happened.
Link to relevant service pages and supporting articles. Make the next step helpful: an explanation of how a consultation works can reasonably link to your consultation page.
Check the complete article
Verify facts, names, dates, figures and source links. Remove invented quotes or personal experience. Make sure the headline and introduction match what the article actually delivers.
Set a clear SEO title and description, then save and preview the post on a phone. Check all links before publication.
Publish and maintain
Follow Add and publish a blog post. Open the public URL and check the article and its listing.
Revisit the post when your service or process changes. Use new customer questions to add useful missing details rather than publishing a duplicate article with a slightly different keyword.
