Add Airtable Form to Pineapple Builder
Step 1: Add "Embed" component
In editor Add embed component with "plus" button before or after the component and choose Embed (code)

Step 4: Prepare the form for visitors
In Airtable, publish or share the form using the access settings appropriate to your audience. Use Airtable's current embed option to obtain the form's iframe code. See Airtable's form building and sharing guide.
Check the form as a visitor. A form that requires an Airtable sign-in may not suit a public enquiry page. Sharing a form is different from sharing the underlying base or table.
Step 6: Paste the iframe into the Embed block
Select the Embed block and paste Airtable's iframe code into its code setting. Set enough height for every field, the submit button and the confirmation message. Preview the page on a narrow screen and check that nothing is clipped.
Save and publish the website page, then open its public address. Submit a clearly labelled test using your own details and confirm that the record appears in the intended Airtable destination.
Responses are managed by Airtable. An embedded Airtable form does not automatically create a Pineapple Leads entry or use Pineapple's contact-form notification settings. See native Contact Form setup if that is the workflow you need.
Check the whole form journey
Check the form's access, required fields, mobile height and confirmation state on the public page. If a submission is missing, investigate Airtable's form and destination settings. A successful page load alone does not prove the response was saved.
