Keep short answers visible when most visitors need them, such as what is included or how to start. Lead with the answer, then add any important qualification. Do not hide essential pricing or terms only inside an FAQ.
An accordion for optional detail
Choose a collapsible layout when visitors need different answers and a full list would be difficult to scan. Test its keyboard controls and phone tap targets. Keep the question meaningful even when the answer is closed.
Grouped questions for different stages
Group questions about getting started, delivery and ongoing help when the list becomes long. Consider a dedicated help page for detailed support. Link to it instead of copying a full knowledge base into your landing page.
Put it into practice
A consultant might explain what to prepare for the first conversation, how scope is agreed and what happens after the project. Use questions from real enquiries and answer them according to your actual terms.
Before you publish
Review every sample answer, link and policy claim. Test the chosen layout on a phone and with a keyboard; adding an FAQ layout does not automatically add search-result enhancements.
From a layout to your own page
Open a section and compare its phone and desktop previews. Colors and fonts here help you explore a direction.
Choose Add to Pineapple, sign in and select your website and page. Review the layout in your website’s own colors and fonts before inserting it.
Replace the sample content, check links and form settings, then save your changes. Reload to check the saved result; publish when you are ready for visitors to see it.
